This website does not run a checkout, cart, or subscription purchase flow. If you commission a reading order map, panel notes pack, variant briefing, or evening circle seat, payment is arranged by invoice after a telephone or email conversation.
When a refund applies
If we have not started the named work and you cancel by email or telephone, we refund any invoice already paid for that work in full by the same method we received, usually within fourteen days.
If a circle sitting is cancelled by us — for example the room is unavailable — we refund the seat or offer a later evening, at your choice.
If we have already delivered a map, notes pack, or briefing, we do not refund simply because you disagree with a story-order judgement. We will correct a factual error in credits or issue labelling at no extra charge.
Partial work
If you cancel after we have drafted part of a map, we may invoice a reasonable portion of the agreed figure for time already spent and refund the rest.
What this policy does not cover
We cannot refund purchases of NFT comics, Veve account fees, or any charges made by platforms we do not operate. Those sales never run through webworkcore.click.
